Telecom Project Audits
We provide our telecom project audits to give your company the telecom inventory necessary to capture items and services where refunds and recoveries don't apply.
Pricing: We provide this service on a contingency basis. We invoice your department a percentage of the monthly savings and recovery as our fee. In most of the cases clients realize their savings, refunds and recoveries before we invoice.
Telecom Audit Recovery
We use our expertise to correct inaccurate invoices, identify inadvertent overpayments and recover credits and refunds from service providers where documented overpayment has occurred. Duplicate payments, unclaimed telecom exemptions, pricing errors, erroneous payments (invoices paid to incorrect provider), overlooked rebates and contract discounts, unclaimed recovery of refunds, overpayment of various taxes, and other surcharges.

Telecom Analytics and Reporting Services: We provide detailed analytical reports for senior management and process owners. These reports are generated on a weekly, monthly or on an as needed basis, including validation of telecom bills, authorizing bills for payment, providing accrual reports, traffic analysis, usage patterns, cellular bill plan changes, data circuit analysis, frame relay, and internet broadband usages and utilization analysis. Telecom Help Desk: We provide single source comprehensive helpdesk services. We issue, document, and monitor all requests for wired and wireless maintenance issues. We escalate maintenance tickets to ensure faster trouble isolation with each provider. Our support team follows each order through completion and resolution.

Pro-active Expense Management: We audit and manage total inventory of all telecom services, update and maintain telecom inventory database. We analyze and review all telecommunication billings. We investigate and uncover telecom billing errors and provide dispute mediation and resolution. Our help desk provides telecom moves, adds and changes and other order provisioning as needed. For better telecom management we provide detailed telecom reports and analytics on services, usages, payment authorizations, accrual reports, etc.

Telecom Training: We conduct hands-on workshops for telecom professionals in your office or in a centralized location. Three and five day workshops are separated into phases (Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3). Our professional workshops are structured based on students knowledge to increase their understanding of telecom terms, services, tariff, auditing, bill reconciliation, and analysis. We provide additional workshops to increase proficiency in order placement, contract review, and telecom management.
